I moved abroad on my own at 17 y.o., got two degrees, lived in five countries, and built a career at a top tech company in Amsterdam. At some point I had everything I was supposed to have — the relationship, the job, the apartment, the friends. It looked like the life many people dream of.
But on the inside, I often felt miserable. Eventually I couldn't pretend anymore: I left everything behind and went on a journey searching for deeper meanings — sat a Vipassana, deepened my yoga practice, trained with one of the top coaching schools and more!
It changed my life more than I could have imagined and I genuinely feel different on the inside. Most importantly, I realised: the answer was never out there. It was always about coming back to myself. And that's what I now help others do ♡
